Curation Policy HZSK

Neue Datensätze (Korpora gesprochener Sprache) können auf Antrag an Prof. Dr.
Kristin Bührig, Sprecherin des Hamburger Zentrums für Sprachkorpora, in die HZSK-Community innerhalb des FDRs aufgenommen werden. Voraussetzung für die Integration der Daten ins FDR ist ihre bereits vollständige Kuration.
Dateninhaber*innen, die bereits Korpora in der HZSK-Community haben, können
neue Versionen dieser Korpora selbstständig und ohne Rücksprache hochladen.
Externe Dateninhaber*innen, die keine Mitglieder der Universität Hamburg sind,
jedoch über einen Letter of Intent (eine Absichtserklärung) des HZSK verfügen,
können ihre Daten noch bis Ende 2025 kostenfrei in die Community geben.

New data (corpora of spoken language) can be added to the HZSK community within the FDR upon request to Prof. Dr. Kristin Bührig, spokesperson of the Hamburg Center for Language Corpora. A prerequisite for the integration of the data into the FDR is their already complete curation.
Data holders, who already have corpora in the HZSK community, can upload new
versions of these corpora themselves and without consultation. External data owners, who are not members of Universität Hamburg but have a Letter of Intent from the HZSK, can add their data to the community free of charge until the end of 2025.
