<p>The data uploaded here was recorded with the X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) spectrometer ELIO (XG Lab, Milan, Italy) using a tube voltage of 40 kV and a current of 80 μA. The instrument is equipped with stepping motor capable to perform scans with a maximum size of 100x100 mm<sup>2</sup>. The scans were recorded with a pixel time of 1 s with a step size of 1 mm (XRF spot size: 1 mm).</p>
<p>The data is structured as follows:<br>
<strong>01_areas</strong>: areas and final results measured with XRF imaging on the front panel of the pulpit (I-3);<br>
<strong>02_raw_xga</strong>: raw XRF data saved as project (xga) files;<br>
<strong>03_ev_dat</strong>: evaluated XRF data (elemental maps) saved as tabular data (dat) files;<br>
<strong>04_ev_png</strong>: evaluated XRF data (elemental maps) saved as png files.</p>
