SKOS vocabulary to represent Middle High and Early New High German text series (genres)

The MHDBDBD-Textreihentypologie / mhdbdb text series is an application-oriented thesaurus that can be used to classify and annotate resources in order to derive various benefits from them: For example, the indexing of sources, consideration in web user interfaces, the enrichment of bibliographic metadata/norm data and, last but not least, an expansion of the method inventory and improved contextualisation overall.

This dataset was also published in GitHub: https://github.com/Middle-High-German-Conceptual-Database/textseries

The research for the mhdbdb text series - MHDBDB-Textreihentypologie was funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG, German Research Foundation) under Germany´s Excellence Strategy – EXC 2176 'Understanding Written Artefacts: Material, Interaction and Transmission in Manuscript Cultures', project no. 390893796. The research was conducted within the scope of the Centre for the Study of Manu-script Cultures (CSMC) at Universität Hamburg and supported by the DFG-network 'Linked Open Middle Ages' at TU Darmstadt, project no. 454820576.
