<p>Source reconstructed files are named as follows: S{subject number}-SESS{session number}-REC{recording number}-stimulus-{&quot;F&quot; or &quot;LF&quot;}-chunk{a number between 0 and 500 in steps of 100}-lcmv.hdf. Source reconstructed data contain stimulus locked epochs for high (&gt;=37Hz, &quot;F&quot;) and low (&lt;37 Hz, &quot;LF&quot;) frequency TFR decompositions. Each session is spread over a number of files that contain chunks of up to 100 trials each.</p>
<p>Files can be read using &#39;pandas.read_hdf&#39;. This returns a table that contains individual ROIs as columns and a multi-index.&nbsp;The index contains a trial identifier (&#39;trial&#39;), a time identifier (&#39;time&#39;, seconds relative to trial onset), an identifier for the TFR settings (&#39;est_key&#39;) and a frequency identifier (&#39;est_val&#39;).</p></description>
