{"DOI":"10.25592/uhhfdm.13790","abstract":"<p>This is a stand-alone version of chapter 2 of Mathis Fischer’s PhD thesis [1]. It aims to provide<br>\nan overview of the physical properties of the bosonic Lithium isotope <sup>7</sup>Li, that are useful and<br>\nrelevant for quantum gas experiments. While there are great resources on the relevant physical<br>\nproperties of Rubidium, Cesium, Sodium, Potassium, and the fermionic isotope <sup>6</sup>Li by Daniel<br>\nSteck, Tobias Tiecke, and Michael Gehm [2–7], there is - to the best of our knowledge -<br>\nno comparable manuscript discussing the properties of <sup>7</sup>Li. A review article by Randall G. Hulet,<br>\nJason H. V. Nguyen, and Ruwan Senaratne [8] discusses methods for the preparation of cold<br>\ngases of both Lithium isotopes. Here we summarize these results together with other resources<br>\nto provide the relevant data solely for <sup>7</sup>Li in a similar format as from Michael Gehm for <sup>6</sup>Li.<br>\nWe focus on the important properties that need to be considered for successful Bose-Einstein<br>\ncondensation of <sup>7</sup>Li.</p>\n\n<p>[1] M.
