The data descibes soil properties of the soil samples taken from a semi-field-based lysimeter experiment at the Hochschule Geisenheim University, comparing the effects of pure and combined applications of biochar and silicate rock powder (basanite) on chemical and physical soil properties, including the stabilization of soil organic carbon. Further descriptions of the experiment set up and the conducted analysis can be found in the manuscript.
