Dabei sind zwei grunds&auml;tzlich verschiedene Prozesse zu unterscheiden: die biogeochemischen Folgen durch die Emission von Treibhausgasen und die biogeophysikalischen Folgen durch die Ver&auml;nderung der Landoberfl&auml;che. Dieser Artikel erl&auml;utert deren klimatische Konsequenzen und versucht eine quantitative Absch&auml;tzung der durch die anthropogene Landnutzung verursachten &Auml;nderungen der globalen sowie der regionalen Temperatur. Zum Schluss wird die Frage gestellt, ob durch Landnutzungs&auml;nderungen eine Begrenzung des anthropogenen Klimawandels m&ouml;glich ist.</p>\n\n<p><em><strong>Biogeochemical and biogeophysical effects of land use changes: </strong></em>For thousands of years, humans have not only been changing their immediate environment, but also influencing the climate, especially through the conversion of forests into cropland and pasture. Two fundamentally different processes must be distinguished: a) the biogeochemical impacts due to the emission of greenhouse gases and b) the biogeophysical impacts due to changes in the land surface. This article explains their climatic consequences and attempts a quantitative estimate of the changes in global as well as regional temperature caused by anthropogenic land use. It concludes by asking whether land-use changes can limit anthropogenic climate change.</p>\n\n<p><em><strong>Efectos biogeoqu&iacute;micos y biogeof&iacute;sicos por los cambios en el uso de la tierra: </strong></em>Desde hace miles de a&ntilde;os, el ser humano no s&oacute;lo ha modificado su entorno inmediato, sino que tambi&eacute;n ha influienciado el clima, especialmente mediante la conversi&oacute;n de bosques en tierras de cultivo y pastos. Hay que distinguir dos procesos fundamentalmente diferentes: a) las consecuencias biogeoqu&iacute;micas debidas a la emisi&oacute;n de gases de efecto invernadero y b) las consecuencias biogeof&iacute;sicas debidas a los cambios en la superficie terrestre. Este art&iacute;culo explica sus consecuencias clim&aacute;ticas e intenta hacer una estimaci&oacute;n cuantitativa de los cambios en la temperatura global y regional causados por el uso antropog&eacute;nico de la tierra.
