<description descriptionType="Abstract"><p>Processed single cell sequencing data from <a href="https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0168827826001200">Xu, Weltzsch, Kilian et al., J Hepat 2026</a> . This repository contains an anonymized set of Seurat objects of the human single cell sequencing data and spatial transcriptomics, as well as DEG lists. Human single cell count matrices and spatial transcriptomics data are available under restricted access due to the data privacy. Access can be obtained by contacting Prof. Ansgar Lohse (a.lohse@uke.de), and signing a data transfer agreement.</p></description>
