This dataset is from the research project: Intraspecific variation in metabolic responses to diverse environmental conditions in the Malagasy bat Triaenops menamena.
We captured bats in the Kirindy forest and the Tsimanampetsotse National Park in Madagascar in 2018 and 2019 and measured the bats metabolic rate and skin temperature for 24h directly in their natural habitat and roost.
